Finally it's here. The upswing version of Can't Fall in Love by Sleek Harmony

After we recorded a few versions of this song in a live setting with guitar, double bass and drums, the longing for something special kept nagging. An extra piano part was devised fairly quickly. Until we ran into Thanos Athanasopoulos.

This jazz musician with Greek roots seemed the perfect person to ask for a contribution to this song. That request was quickly granted. And how. Thanos has been living in the Netherlands for several years, where he completed his training as a jazz saxophonist at the Royal Conservatoire. As a band leader he has several records to his name, including the beautiful Modern Money Mechanics together with the Spanish guitarist Marcos Pin. Thanos' game reminds you of big names like Hank Mobley and Dexter Gordon. It was therefore a huge honor that Thanos wanted to participate in Can't Fall in Love upswing.

Hellena is also not indifferent in this piece. Her vocal qualities are now well known. But in this piece she sings multiple vocal lines, connecting the lead and background in a fluid, provocative way. In this piece Hellena shows that she also masters this genre and that she knows how to give it a completely individual and modern twist.
